Registration Rates
To register for the conference, complete the online registration form. B.O.S.S. Members should make sure to log in to your account in order to receive the member rate. If you are having difficulties accessing your membership, contact Membership@blacksolar.org. No group registration discounts available. Groups will need to individually register through the online registration form. For groups that are also B.O.S.S. Members, please reach out to Membership@blacksolar.org for assistance.
Online registration closes at 5:00 PM ET on Friday, November 7. Onsite registration begins Sunday, November 9 at 4:00 PM ET.

Student Registration: $200
Students interested in attending should contact Membership@blacksolar.org with a statement of interest and a copy of your current transcript. A member of the B.O.S.S. Team will reply with further instructions.
Conference Refund Policy
Cancellations requested by June 12, 2026: Full refund of conference registration fee less 4% administrative fee to be applied. Refunds requested between June 12 - September 15, 2026: 50% credit less 4% administrative fee to be applied. Refunds requested after September 15, 2026, are non-refundable. Please contact the B.O.S.S. office, (771) 203-0399 or bossevents@blacksolar.org for a cancellation request.
Substitution/Transfer Policy
Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to B.O.S.S. For a registration transfer, please contact the B.O.S.S. Event Office at (771) 203-0399 or bossevents@blacksolar.org Transfer requests are to be received November 6th, 2026.

Sponsor Cancellation
All sponsor and exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 15 are eligible for a full refund, less a 4% administrative fee.

Cancellations made between August 16, 2026, and September 15, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after these dates.

Fees for benefits or services already delivered, including marketing placements, printed materials, custom items, or booth services, are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, fees may be applied as a credit toward a future event or refunded at the organizer’s discretion after incurred costs are deducted.
